Every homeowner who comes to us has a version of the same feeling: this house just isn’t working anymore. Whether it’s a layout that never made sense, rooms that feel disconnected, or a home that looks nothing like the life you’re living now, we’ve heard it all. And we know how to fix it.

Your home has good bones, but the layout is choppy, the finishes are tired, and the traffic flow doesn’t work. Moving from room to room feels like traveling through different eras — none of them reflecting your style now.
We approach whole home remodels as one cohesive story, not a room-by-room checklist. Flooring, trim, doors, paint, and light all work together so your home feels intentional and connected from the front door to the back.
If walls are in the wrong place or spaces feel too closed off, we can reconfigure. Our design-build process means your designer and construction team collaborate from day one, so structural changes are evaluated for both cost and impact before anything is decided.
Our in-house designer guides you through every material and finish selection with current trends and long-term value in mind. Working with our curated local showroom partners, we help you choose products that are both beautiful and built to last.
Your family’s needs have changed, but your home hasn’t kept up. You need more space, better flow, or room for a parent to move in — and starting over somewhere new isn’t the answer.
Whether it’s opening up a closed floor plan, converting underused square footage, or adding a second primary suite for single-level living, we design around the life you’re living — not the one the original builder assumed you’d have.
When reconfiguring isn’t enough, we build additions that blend seamlessly with your existing home. Our design-build approach ensures the new square footage matches your home’s character and connects naturally to the spaces around it.
Our Universal Design certification means we think ahead. Whether you’re planning for aging in place, accommodating family members with different needs, or simply protecting your resale value, we build flexibility into your home’s design from the start.
The kids are grown and gone, or a parent needs to move in. Maybe you’re working from home now, or your priorities have simply shifted. Your house was built for a different version of your life, and it shows.
That empty bedroom, the formal dining room nobody uses, the office that became a storage room — we help you reimagine underused spaces so your home works for the life you’re actually living, not the one you used to live.
Pocket doors, Murphy beds, adaptable layouts — we design for multiple uses so the same space can serve different needs as your life continues to evolve. One smart remodel, years of versatility.
Whether that means easier maintenance, better accessibility, pet-friendly materials, or a home office that actually functions, we help you choose upgrades that reflect your current priorities and protect your investment long-term.
From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, our six-step process is designed to keep you informed, in control, and confident every step of the way.
We start with a short phone call to learn about your vision, timeline, and investment expectations. There’s no pressure and no obligation. If we’re a great fit, we’ll schedule a time to come see your space. If we’re not, we’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction. Either way, you’ll leave the call with more clarity than you started with.
We visit your home to understand how you live, what’s not working, and what your dream looks like. We encourage all decision-makers to be present so everyone is on the same page from the start. We take detailed measurements and talk through early feasibility and investment ranges — so you know what’s realistic before moving forward.
We present a detailed Project Development Agreement that outlines exactly what your project involves, how we work, and what to expect along the way. A $1,000 design retainer kicks things off to begin the design phase — and it’s fully credited back to your construction contract when you decide to move forward. This is where the partnership officially begins.
Our in-house designer creates conceptual drawings, renderings, and mood boards so you can see your possibilities before any decisions are locked in. We’d rather you fall in love with a direction than guess at it. This phase is all about making sure we fully understand your vision and give you the chance to refine it before we go deeper.
We take your chosen direction and finish it completely — refined renderings, full material selections, detailed specifications, and trade walkthroughs with every subcontractor. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a fixed-price contract you can count on. No guessing, no vague estimates. Just a real number for a fully designed project.
Once the contract is signed, we apply for permits, schedule our team, and order materials. We don’t break ground until everything is ready to go — which means your project runs on a real schedule. Your dedicated Project Director is with you every step of the way, keeping you informed with daily updates and photos through your private client portal. When we hand back your keys, the only thing left to do is enjoy it.
Every project in our portfolio started with a homeowner who wanted something different. Take a look at what's possible.
Every home is different, and your investment will depend on the size of your space, the scope of changes, and the materials you choose. Here’s a general guide to help you plan.
Pull-and-replace scope — layouts stay the same, finishes are refreshed throughout. Ideal for homeowners who want a cohesive, updated look without structural changes.
Timeline: 12 to 16 weeks
Minor structural modifications, some elements moved or resized, a mix of approachable and elevated materials. Popular upgrades include cabinet inserts, accent lighting, and full-height backsplashes.
Timeline: 12 to 16 weeks
Significant structural reconfiguration, possible addition of new square footage, and primary use of custom or elevated materials throughout.
Timeline: 12 to 20 weeks
Pricing ranges are estimates based on a typical project scope. Your actual investment will be determined during the design phase and confirmed in a fixed-price contract. Timelines assume clients are not living in the home during construction. The timeline does not include jurisdictional review and permit approval.
We're proud of the spaces we build, but hearing how those spaces have changed our clients' lives is what means the most to us.
In most cases, yes, but it adds time and cost to the project because work needs to be phased. It’s something we plan for carefully and discuss with you upfront. We’ll help you think through what makes the most sense for your family and your timeline.
Even a clean, well-organized construction site isn’t necessarily safe for pets and children. Doors and gates are frequently open as large materials are moved in and out and tradespeople come and go. Tools and materials remain on site for the duration of the project. Beyond safety concerns, the noise, odors, constant change, and parade of unfamiliar people can be very stressful.
We generally recommend making other arrangements for children and pets during a whole-home remodel. We have clients who manage it, but the extra planning and vigilance required makes the experience significantly more challenging.
Yes, and this is one of the most important conversations we have early on. Our design-build process gives you access to our expertise and current pricing data as you’re making design choices, so you can see how each decision affects the bottom line.
We can’t control the cost of lumber or licensed labor, but the cost of a remodel is largely determined by the choices made in design. We help you make choices that align with what you want to invest and stretch every dollar toward the things that matter most.
We understand the thinking, but the research — and our own experience — consistently shows otherwise. When design and construction are separated, you often end up with plans that are beautiful but incomplete. Many architects and interior designers don’t produce a truly complete set of plans — no full electrical drawings, tile and flooring layouts, complete schedule of finishes, or engineering calculations. The gaps get discovered during build, which means mistakes, delays, and extra costs while you’re already mid-project.
Our in-house designer holds a four-year degree from an accredited program, a Universal Design certification, and works alongside our build team every day. She produces plans that clients can understand and visualize, that jurisdictions will approve, and that tradespeople can build from — with no gaps. The result is a single point of accountability from the first concept to the final walkthrough.
You've imagined what this home could be. Let's make it happen.
